18" X 7/8" Speed Load Tube filled with rectangular-shaped Tissue Confetti from Flutter Fetti®. We hold the U.S. Patent for Flutter Fetti®. It comes in a "Speed Load" plastic tube, which makes it very easy to load into a Co2 confetti launcher. When it is released, it flutters, flies, and floats™ and hangs in the air much longer than traditional confetti. The tissue paper is biodegradable and flame-retardant.
