18" double-sided, pre-loaded, disposable tube filled with Metallic Confetti Streamers with Bubbles. Our Airless Confetti Launchers require NO Co2! With the simple "flick of the wrist," be amazed as the confetti streamers unravel in the air releasing "circular" rolls of tissue bubbles giving a spectacular special effect! The Tissue Bubbles and Metallic Confetti Streamers are flame-retardant, and the tissue bubbles are biodegradable.
