We can custom color our Tissue Flutter FETTI to coordinate with your party's color scheme. Tissue Flutter FETTI comes packaged in 1-lb. poly bag. The bag is the size of a gallon size baggie. It comes loose in the bag. We recommend using it in our 3" or 6" Continuous flow Confetti Gerb Launcher or our Red Blower Confetti Launcher. You can also drop it from a catwalk or from a balcony.
