Minimum Order of 10 Confetti Tubes Required

We can custom color our Tissue Flutter FETTI to coordinate with your party's color scheme. Our Tissue Flutter FETTI comes in a 7/8' X 18" Speed Load tube. You simply remove the plastic cap from the tube, and pour the tissue confetti into our Co2 launcher barrel. It is very easy to use. When the Flutter FETTI is shot out of the launcher, the confetti flutters, flies, floats, and hangs in the air longer than traditional confetti. The tissue paper is biodegradable and flame-retardant.
