Loading The Launcher
1. Remove the cap from the speed load tube of Flutter Fetti® products
2. Pour the contents (confetti or streamer products) into the barrel of the launcher. The launcher should be filled to within two (2) inches of the top. (Load either 2 tubes of product or 4 tubes of product into the launcher to get the proper effect.)
3. Place cardboard compression cap over the mouth of the launcher.
4. Using the launcher tape, take a 5" - 6" strip and tape around the outside diameter, being careful to tape smoothly so there are no air bubbles. DO NOT tape across the top of the cap.
Firing The Launcher
5. Be sure the lever on the trigger is in the horizontal position. Screw on 1- 16 gram Co2 cylinder into the brass-piercing unit at the bottom of the launcher barrel. You may hear gas releasing as you screw in the CO2. If you do, continue screwing rapidly until it is tightly screwed in and no CO2 is being released. The Co2 cartridge should be cold to the touch.
6. Connect the barrel to the trigger using the quick connect. Lock the barrel into place.
7. Point the launcher up and at a slight angle. If you are firing CORKSCREWS® aim the launcher straight up in to air to get the correct spiraling effect as it flutters and floats into the air. Quickly turn the trigger counter clockwise with one swift motion. The confetti will discharge out of the launcher into a wonderful display of color and fun.
PLEASE NOTE: The Co2 cylinder will ice over upon discharge. Wait a few seconds until it is warm enough to unscrew and discard.

IF YOU HAVE RENTED THE MASTER BLASTER LAUNCHERS PLEASE CAREFULLY PUT THEM BACK INTO THE SHIPPING BOX AND SHIP THEM BACK TO US AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:
