9" X 7/8" Speed Load Tube filled with Metallic Streamers with Bubbles™. One of our most popular special effects when used in a Co2 Launcher, the streamers unravel in the air, releasing tissue confetti that looks like "circular bubbles" giving a unique streamer and confetti combination. Truly two effects in one. The tissue bubbles are made out of flame retardant and biodegradable tissue paper. The streamers are made from flame retardant PVC film. U.S. Patent #5,354,227.
