Table Top Launcher Instructions

 Table Top Launcher

Confetti Blaster Instructions for Use

Using a wireless transmitter to shoot off the barrels

The small tabletop remote control confetti cannon consists of 5 parts:

  1. The launcher base
  2. A 9” barrel which holds the confetti or streamer products
  3. 8 gram threaded Co2 cartridge
  4. Receiver (small black box)
  5. Transmitter

Set Up

The launcher base is connected to the receiver via a “dongle” (black wire”) coming out of the launcher base. This wire has a 2-pin connector inside of it.

Insert the wire from the launcher base into the 2-pin connection on top of the small black receiver box. There are 2 ports on top of the receiver. One is a 2 - pin and the other is a 3 - pin. Be careful to insert the wire from the launcher base into the 2 -pin port.  Gently turn the connector in the port until the connector seats firmly down on the receiver. There is an outer ring on the black wire connector, once seated, turn the ring until it locks in place.

Note - Some launcher bases will be shipped with the receiver already connected.

When ready to fire, screw the 8 gram threaded Co2 cartridge into the brass port on the side of the launcher base.   Screw in gently until you feel resistance, this means the cartridge is up against the piercing pin. Now continue to screw in the cartridge firmly and quickly until the hissing stops. We recommend you screw in the Co2 as close to the time you're going to fire these off as possible.

Now attach the green barrel to the launcher base.   The bottom of the barrel has a brass connector that fits into a brass connector on the launcher base. The connector on the launcher base has a brass colored ring, pull the ring down, insert barrel and let the ring pop back up into a locked position. Now pull on the barrel to make sure it’s tightly locked on the launcher connector.

To Fire

Turn the receiver on by pressing and holding the button on top of the receiver. This button is between the 2 ports on top. While holding that button down, press the small button on the front of the receiver, release both buttons. If activated correctly, the led on the front of the receive should start to blink. The receiver is now activated.

THE TRANSMITTER

Turn the transmitter on by pressing the large red button on the left side of the transmitter. It will ask for a pin code. The code is 792. When entered, the transmitter will say code accepted and the screen changes to “enter RAU #”.  To fire, press and release the “W” button, the screen will say, arm 1, disarm 2. Press 1. This will do a couple of things, arm the transmitter and activate the receiver. The led on the receiver should now burn steadily. The system is now armed and ready. We suggest you do this a couple of minutes prior to the firing cue.

NOTES ON THE TRANSMITTER – ONCE YOU RECEIVE IT CALL JON – 504-251-6312 – DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ON THE TRANSMITTER UNTIL YOU SPEAK W/JON.  HE HAS PRE-PROGRAMED THE TRANSMITTER FOR YOU.

The transmitter will come to you pre-programmed the way you asked for it. If you have multiple launchers, either firing all at once and in a sequence, you would press “G” “1”, send. (G, 1, send). There is about a 1 sec. delay before detonation, this allows the unlock code sent to the receiver before the fire command hits.

If you want to fire the launchers separately, you would simply enter the receiver number (found on the front of each receiver) and then send. Example; 25, send. You can fire several launchers manual this way. If you choose to fire manually, don’t forget to make note of the launcher position (where you put them), so you can get the proper sequence.

IMPORTANT

Plug in the transmitter to charge as soon as you open the package. The transmitter needs an overnight charge. The transmitter must be on to charge. If charging correctly, you will see a small asterisk on the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The transmitter will operate while plugged in, so if you get a “low batt” signal, just plug the transmitter in and continue to use.

You may also test the system without the barrel or the Co2. Just follow the above instructions and listen for a low “click” on the launcher base. The click is the valve opening on the launcher. We suggest that you practice a few times using this method.

We offer complimentary 24/7 technical services. Please call 504-251-6312 and ask for Jon.
