Instructions for no mess pop out streamers use
Step 1. Put your finger through the circular rubber band at the top of the streamer pack.
Step 2. Remove the other rubber band from the streamer pack. NOTE- Hold the streamer roll tightly in the palm of your hand as you remove the rubber band so the roll doesn't come unraveled.
Step 3. Holding onto the streamer roll with the rubber band flap on the palm of your hand, throw the streamer pack under hand high into the air. Watch the metallic streamers unroll into party fun.
Step 4. Gather up the streamers and either wear them around your neck or throw them away.
