INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO USE PARTY POPPER
Step 1 - IMPORTANT : Remove the CAP from the end of the tube.
Step 2 - Hold the tube firmly in one hand and extend the arm upward to the 12 o'clock position.
Step 3 - Bring the arm back to the 3 o'clock position. Return the arm to the 12 o'clock position quickly flicking the wrist at the same time. The Flutter FETTI ® will flutter, fly and float spectacularly in the air.
WARNING: Do not point, flick or fling towards anyone when using.
