INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

STEP 1 - Hold the tube firmly at the end with the POMPOM streamers. Extend the arm upward above your head to the 12 o'clock position.

STEP 2 - Bring your forearm back to the 3 o'clock position. Return the arm to the 12 o'clock position quickly flicking the wrist at the same time until all the confetti is out of one end of the tube. If nothing happens, snap harder.

STEP 3 - Blow into the empty tube for audible effects. Turn the tube over and shake the PomPoms.
