6″ Flutter Flicker® Hand Flick Confetti Launcher

Our 6″ Hand Flick Confetti Launcher is composed of a 6″ plastic tube filled with rectangular shaped Flutter FETTI® Tissue Confetti. Ideal for low (9′ to 10′) high ceilings. Designed to fit in a man’s jacket pocket or a lady’s purse. With the simple “flick of the wrist,” watch the fun and magic begin as Flutter FETTI® confetti flutters and floats high into the air! Flutter FETTI® is made from flame-retardant and biodegradable tissue paper.

Custom colors

You can choose up to 8 colors to put into the Flutter Flickers.  Simply click on the colors you choose and we’ll custom make the tubes for you. YOU MUST BUY A MINIMUM OF 45 TUBES TO BUY CUSTOM COLOR FLUTTER FLICKERS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

First, remove the cap from one end of the tube.  Then hold the other end in either hand high into the air not bending your elbow.  Start flicking the tube with your wrist stopping at 12:00 high until all the Flutter FETTI is out of the tube.

This product is hand made in our USA factory. It will launch the Flutter FETTI confetti every time you use it!
Be sure when the box of your Flutter Flickers arrives it has our Certified “Official Flutter FETTI” sticker on the outside of the box.  Otherwise, it’s not a Flutter FETTI authentic product.
