QUARTER TURN CONFETTI POPPER INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO USE

LOADING THE HAND CONFETTI SHOOTER BARREL

Step 1. Remove the cap from the speed load tube of Flutter FETTI® products.

Step 2. Pour the contents (confetti or streamer products) into the barrel of the launcher. The launcher should be filled to within two inches of the top. (Load either 1 - 18" tube of product or 2 -9" tubes of product into the launcher to get the proper effect.)

Step 3. Place a 1" cardboard compression cap over the mouth of the launcher barrel.

Step 4. Using the launcher tape, take a 5" - 6"strip and tape around the outside diameter, being careful to tape smoothly so there are no air bubbles. DO NOT tape across the top of the cap.

FIRING THE LAUNCHER

Step 5. Be sure the lever on the trigger (located on the bottom of the barrel) is perpendicular to the barrel. Screw on 1 - 12 gram threaded Co2 cylinder into the brass-piercing unit at the bottom of the launcher barrel. You may hear gas releasing as you screw in the Co2. If you do, continue screwing rapidly until it is tightly screwed in and no Co2 is being released. If it is not screwed in tightly the launcher WILL NOT WORK!

Step 6. Point the launcher up and at a slight angle. (If you are firing CORKSCREWS aim the launcher straight up into the air to get the correct spiraling effect as it flutters and floats into the air.) Quickly pull the lever down to the parallel position with one swift motion. The confetti will discharge out of the launcher into a wonderful display of color and fun!

PLEASE NOTE - The Co2 cylinder will ice over upon discharge. Wait a few seconds until it is warm enough to unscrew and discard.
