Return Policy

The Flutter FETTI return policy is simple and straightforward.  

For regular in-stock items:

Simply return any unused regular items within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund.  To request a return, please call (877) 321-1999. Once the return is authorized via phone you may ship the items back to our warehouse (at customers expense). Once the items are received and verified unused, we will refund your purchase using the same method of payment.

For custom orders including custom colors:

Returns for custom orders are available, but since each order is handmade there will be up to a 30% restocking fee.  Other than that, the process is the same as for regular in-stock items.

As stated above, ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED VIA PHONE BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS. Items returned without authorization may not be creditted properly.
